Booth description: 12’ x 12’ space on either 7th Street or High Street. Vendors provide canopy, tables, and any display equipment. Tables must be draped to the ground. Electricity plugs are available for 7th Street vendors only on a limited, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. There is an additional $15.00 fee per booth with a duplex plug. ONLY ONE OUTLET PER VENDOR. 7th Street vendors will NOT be able to take down their booth until the close of the event, approx. 9:00 pm. High Street vendors will be required to remove all of their equipment by 6:00 pm to clear street for the parade.

General Release and Hold Harmless Statement
For in and consideration of the Comfort Chamber of Commerce, and doing business as Christmas in Comfort, hereinafter referred to collectively as The Chamber, permitting ourselves, our spouses, our children, our relatives, and/or guests, to enter upon the Christmas in Comfort Festival, I hereby release The Chamber, their agents and employees from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action or judgments which I ever had now have or may have in the further or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against The Chamber, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Christmas in Comfort Festival, for all personal injuries known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of The Chamber, their agents and employees. I further agree to hold harmless The Chamber, their agents and employees, from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments, which I, my spouse, my children, my relatives, and/or my guests ever had, now have, or claim to have against The Chamber, their agents, employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Christmas in Comfort Festival, Kendall County, TX. For all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, acts, omissions, or negligence of The Chamber, their agents, and employees.
