View the evening emergence of the bat colony from the tunnel during the months of May thru Oct. 13 miles from Comfort . Take FM473 toward Sisterdale (intersection FM473 & Hwy 87) for approximately five miles. When FM 473 makes a right turn to Sisterdale, GO STRAIGHT AHEAD on the Old #9 Hwy for eight more miles. Tunnel will be on the right at the top of the hill. For info and times of emergence, phone 866-990 BATS (2287).
